Aim: To demonstrate the formation of multiple images by using two plane mirrors. Material required: Two mirror, a sheet of white paper, a ball and a tape. Procedure: 1. Join the two plane mirrors with the tape  to make a hinge . 2. Now place them vertically on the sheet of paper so that mirror make an angle of 90° . 3. Place the candle in between the mirrors and observe the number of images formed. 4. Now, change the angle between the mirrors to 120° and again record the number of images formed. 5. Repeat the activity for angles 45°, 60°, and 180° and record the number of images in each case Observations: you will observe that the number of images formed increases as the angle between mirrors is reduced.
